    The upgrade of the DAT Central Helpdesk has been completed successfully. The system is now accessible again to all users and operators.

    We will be performing a software update this evening to the DAT Central Helpdesk. This is a major update, and will result in some visual changes to the system. It is anticipated that this update will take no longer than 1 hour. During this time, the DAT Central Helpdesk webpages will be inaccessible to users and operators. Any tickets logged via email will be processed as normal.

    The IT Service Desk is unaffected by this update.
