Outlook app - playing MP3 files

    We have been made aware of an issue with the Outlook app where attached MP3 files (such as Teams Voice voicemails) cannot be played.

    Microsoft are aware of this issue and working on a fix.

    A temporary workaround is to open the attachment in Outlook web. For support with this, please contact your IT Technician.

    A new software update has been released for the Trust's Print Management Software.

    This update will be installed at the specified date/time to ensure that we are compliant with cybersecurity requirements. We anticipate that this will take no longer than 10 minutes, but printing, scanning and copying will be unavailable during this time.
